Owner Lee Edgerly has extensive construction experience. In 2007, he led a core group in DeBeers mines. Edgerly moved to Illinois, leading construction projects and ultimately settled in the Denver area, where he has completed multiple projects across Colorado. 

“My experience includes all phases of commercial and residential construction, from land aquistion through zoning process, land development, including mass earthwork and infastructure installation to completed projects.

I’m currently focused primarily on commercial construction. My career includes a variety of project management positions, as well as corporate management positions with small and large companies.

Specialties: Identify and solve issues or conflicts in architectural drawings before contrustion starts. Contracts and negotiation with subcontractors, and management of multiple projects at one time.”
